Biography: 

 

A third generation Upper East Sider, whose grandparents fled anti-Semitism in Russia and Hungary to build a better life in New York City, is a the Executive Director of a leading good government group, lawyer, entrepreneur and former Chief of Staff to a local Assembly Member, who is running to represent the Fifth District where he grew up and still lives.  As a graduate of the Bronx High School of Science, SUNYs Albany and Buffalo, he has used his public education for public service in the legislative, executive and judicial branches of government.  Using that experience, he leads several groups whose mission is to improve our government.  Ben has demonstrated his commitment to helping the community, City and State thrive with a proven record of success.
